Submitting an assignment using an iPad
iPads are not ideal for writing or uploading assignments as the iPad's
operating system does not allow you to easily create and store files.
Therefore, we recommend that you use a conventional PC or Mac to submit your assignments.
However, if you would prefer to use an iPad, then you can try the method listed below.
- Download the Google Docs and Google Drive apps for your ipad.
- When you download a document from Moodle you can choose to open it with Google Docs and then edit it and store it in your Google Drive
- Then when you are ready to upload into Moodle, from the Moodle "File Picker" option,
you will see on the left, the bottom option is to access your Google Drive.
The first time you do this, you will need to login to your Google Drive, but you just have to do this once
- Then you pick the assignment you want to upload and upload it..
