On MyHesston, as a Budget Officer you should now be able to access a Variance Report for your responsibility area for a period by choosing MyFinances | Budget then Operating Budget: Variance Report for the month you want.
If you note any areas that do not seem correct, this is a good time to review those and identify any problems. You are welcome to inquire regarding any account or any transaction(s).
On MyHesston, you can choose to view transactions for any period, any time anywhere by choosing the Lookup GL Account Information section of the MyFinances |Budget tab.
You may also wish to look up whether a particular vendor has been paid from your responsibility area. You will see a drop down menu of accessible vendors that have been used by your department by accessing MyFinances | Budget Vendor Inquiry
